The posting

  • In onze unieke kleinschalige woonvorm (KW) “’t Anker”, dat deel uitmaakt van WZC St-Franciscus te Tongeren, kom je terecht in een enthousiast team
  • Als ZORGKUNDIGE KW (= Begeleider van genormaliseerd wonen) ontfermt u zich over onze bewoners samen met je collega’s verpleegkundigen
  • ‘t Anker bestaat uit 3 aparte “huisjes”, het leven speelt zich af in een gezellige living waar de 7 bewoners met (jong)dementie samenleven
  • In ‘t Anker is het sterk anders werken dan op een klassieke afdeling van een woonzorgcentrum. Zo bepaal je bijvoorbeeld zelf het uur van de maaltijd. De maaltijden worden immers zelf en samen met de bewoners klaargemaakt … “Moet niets” en “kan veel”, als het maar aansluit bij de wensen van de bewoners
  • Het gaat om een contract van onbepaalde duur en de job-time is bespreekbaar!
  • AANVANG van deze top-vacature is voorzien vanaf November 2026

Uw Profiel:

  • Als zorgkundige KW ( Begeleiders van genormaliseerd wonen)ga je graag voor kwaliteitsvolle zorg.
  • Je bent een ‘warme persoonlijkheid’ die voorbeeldgedrag stelt rond de eerste en voornaamste bewonersbelofte: ‘wij beloven onze bewoners een hand om hun schouders’
  • Tijdens het geven van de dagelijkse zorgen, stemt u voortdurend af met de bewoners, conform de belofte: ‘wij beloven onze bewoners in alles te betrekken’.
  • Je garandeert de u toegewezen bewoners dat zij ‘zichzelf mogen zijn’ – onze 3de bewonersbelofte
  • Je werkt bij uitstek samen met je collega’s door de behoeften van onze kwetsbare bewoners bespreekbaar te maken. (bij onze animatoren, paramedici, pastoraal werkers, … )
  • Je ondertekend de speerpunten van onze werking: een fixatie-arme zorg, een respectvolle levenseinde-zorg, het beweeg- beleef en ontmoet beleid (BBO), …
  • Heb je een hekel aan routines in de zorg en staat regelmatig stil bij zijn of haar handelen: ‘Sluit dit aan bij de bewoner?’, ‘Heb ik het goed gerapporteerd voor mijn collega’s?’
  • Je beschikt over een zorgkundig diploma en visum. Ervaring (bij mensen met dementie) is een grote surplus!
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je bent een teamspeler want “Zorg wordt samen gerealiseerd”
  • Je bent sociaal en kan een luisterend oor bieden aan onze bewoners en collega’s
