Ben jij op zoek naar een warme en menselijke werkomgeving waar je écht het verschil kunt maken in het leven van bewoners? Bij Floordam werken we bewust kleinschalig, met 14 bewoners per woning, zodat we elke dag kunnen bouwen aan een omgeving waar relatiegerichte zorg centraal staat. Voor zowel bewoners, hun families als onze medewerkers streven we naar een warme, veilige en menselijke sfeer.

Wat maakt werken bij Floordam bijzonder? We zetten ons dagelijks in om de behoeften en wensen van de bewoners centraal te stellen. Wat willen zij vandaag doen? Hoe kunnen we hen helpen om van iedere dag een goede dag te maken? Als zorgkundige speel je hierbij een belangrijke rol en lever je directe zorg en ondersteuning.

In de ochtendzorg werken we met 4 FTE voor 30 bewoners. Concreet sta je in voor gemiddeld 7 à 8 bewoners, zodat je echt de tijd krijgt om zorg op maat te bieden en een warme relatie op te bouwen

Jouw opdracht: Als zorgkundige bij Floordam draag je bij aan een positief woon- en leefklimaat. Je biedt persoonlijke verzorging volgens het zorgplan en begeleidt bewoners in hun dagelijks leven. Daarnaast werk je mee aan activiteiten die het welzijn van de bewoners bevorderen, zowel op praktisch als sociaal vlak.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Uitvoeren van verzorging, conform het zorgplan.
  • Bevorderen van een positief woon- en leefklimaat in de woning.
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en stagiairs.
  • Deelname aan teamoverleg, briefings en werkgroepen waar nodig.
  • Observeren en rapporteren van de gezondheidstoestand en welzijn van bewoners.
  • Ondersteuning bieden in palliatieve zorg wanneer nodig.
  • Zorgen voor een zinvolle daginvulling voor bewoners, afgestemd op hun behoeften en wensen.
  • Beheren van materialen en middelen binnen de woning.
  • Waar nodig ondersteuning bieden in andere woningen.
  • Aandacht hebben voor het welzijn van familieleden en hen actief betrekken.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om de communicatie en werksfeer binnen het team te optimaliseren.
  • Uitvoeren van noodzakelijke administratieve taken.

  • Je bent betrokken en gedreven om het welzijn van de bewoners voorop te stellen.
  • Je werkt graag in een team en draagt bij aan een positieve, constructieve werksfeer.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en kunt indien nodig in andere woningen bijspringen.
  • Je werkt één weekend op twee
