Ons moderne, kleinschalige woonzorgcentrum is een huiselijke plek waar bewoners centraal staan. Als zorgkundige draag je bij aan hun welzijn, comfort en levenskwaliteit en help je mee een warme, veilige en vertrouwde omgeving te creëren.

Jouw functie

Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun dagelijks leven en werkt mee aan persoonsgerichte zorg. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Bewoners begeleiden bij activiteiten van het dagelijks leven (ADL) en persoonsverzorging.
  • Zelfstandigheid stimuleren en aandacht hebben voor welzijn en comfort.
  • Veranderingen in de fysieke en mentale toestand observeren en rapporteren.
  • Sociaal-emotionele ondersteuning bieden en een luisterend oor zijn.
  • Assisteren bij verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Eet- en drinkmomenten begeleiden en maaltijden en dranken verdelen.
  • Bewoners helpen bij veilige interne verplaatsingen.
  • Bijdragen aan een kwaliteitsvolle, veilige en respectvolle zorgomgeving.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega’s en het team Wonen & Leven.

Want goede zorg gaat verder dan dagelijkse ondersteuning. Het gaat om aandacht, respect en oprechte betrokkenheid. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat bewoners zich niet alleen verzorgd, maar vooral gezien en thuis voelen. ❤️

  • Je beschikt over een diploma zorgkundige en een geldig visum.
  • Je bent empathisch, geduldig en betrokken bij het welzijn van ouderen.
  • Je hebt respect voor de eigenheid, wensen en behoeften van iedere bewoner.
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig functioneren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent flexibel, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar.
