Met een sterk multidisciplinair team ondersteunen we onze bewoners en patiënten in hun herstel en welzijn. Jouw rol Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste zorgkundige die flexibel inzetbaar is binnen ons herstelverblijf en de assistentiewoningen. Op die manier help je mee om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van onze zorg te garanderen en creëren we samen meer ademruimte in de werkroosters.

Je krijgt een vast uurrooster, maar wordt niet toegewezen aan één vaste dienst. Dit biedt variatie en de kans om verschillende werkingen beter te leren kennen. Op termijn is er uiteraard ruimte om je voorkeuren kenbaar te maken.

Wat ga je doen? Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van verpleegkundigen, ergotherapeuten, kinesitherapeuten en andere collega’s. Samen staan jullie in voor de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding van onze bewoners en patiënten.

Je verleent zorg op een nauwkeurige, planmatige en deskundige manier, steeds met oog voor de individuele noden en het welzijn van elke persoon. Je draagt bij aan een warme en veilige leefomgeving waarin respect en betrokkenheid centraal staan.
