The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een voltijdse (38u) zorgkundige voor onze afdeling neurologie/beroerte-unit/neurochirurgie in Campus Deurne.

  • Als zorgkundige zal je de verpleegkundige bijstaan bij de zorgverstrekking, de gezondheidsopvoeding en logistiek in het kader van de door de verpleegkundige gecoördineerde activiteiten binnen een gestructureerde equipe, aan de patiënt.
  • Je bent in staat om fysieke, psychische en sociale veranderingen in de context van de activiteiten van het dagelijks leven bij de patiënt te observeren en signaleren.
  • Je informeert patiënten hun familie over het zorgplan en binnen de bevoegdheden.
  • Je kan mondzorg toepassen
  • Je bent in staat om kousen ter preventie en/ of behandeling van intraveneuze aandoeningen uitdoen en weer aan te trekken, met uitzondering van compressieverbanden in het kader van behandelingen.
  • Je kan nagaan of de blaassonde goed functioneert en problemen signaleren en urinecollector wisselen.
  • Je kan stomazakjes ledigen en/ of vervangen, platen vervangen en kleven.
  • Je bent in staat om patiënten te helpen bij het innemen van geneesmiddelen, die door een verpleegkundige werden klaargezet, gecontroleerd en gepersonaliseerd.
  • Je kan patiënten vervoeren, conform het zorgplan en volgens de interne procedures.
  • Je levert een constructieve bijdrage in de dagelijkse briefing, het werkoverleg en patiëntenbesprekingen.
  • Je registreert binnen je takendomein alle uitgevoerde taken en observaties in het verplegersdossier in Orbis.
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor het het zorgkundig luik en patiëntendossier, materiaal dat je toevertrouwd en melden en inbrengen van incidenten via web applicatie.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma van zorgkundige, alsook over een visum van zorgkundige. Ben je zorgkundige plus, dat is een pluspunt!
  • Je kan werken met vroege, late en weekend diensten.
  • Je werkt klantgericht, empathisch en draagt klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als in teamverband.
  • Je kan verbale als non-verbale boodschappen opnemen, begrijpen en doorvragen bij onduidelijkheid.
  • Je hebt zin voor initiatief.
  • Je bent steeds gemotiveerd om je eigen functioneren voortdurend te verbeteren en de werking van de dienst, door de bereidheid om te leren en mee te groeien in veranderingen.
