Welzijnscampus Gerkenberg

In WZC Gerkenberg vormt een ruim team van medewerkers, aangevuld met een prachtige groep vrijwilligers, een perfecte tandem. Wij doen iedere dag onze uiterste best om onze bewoners een fijn verblijf te bezorgen, ondanks de ouderdomskwaaltjes die bij hen de kop opsteken. Dag in dag uit proberen we de kiemen van “kleine geluksmomentjes” te doen groeien tot “een fijne oude dag”.

De voldoening die je hieruit haalt als medewerker is niet te beschrijven !

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Samen met jouw collega’s maak je ons woonzorgcentrum elke dag of nacht tot een warme thuis. Je helpt de bewoners met hun persoonlijke verzorging en hun dagelijkse activiteiten. Daarbij zitten de bewoners aan het stuur en laat je hen zoveel mogelijk zelf kiezen. Een hartelijke glimlach of fijne babbel wordt hierbij steeds geapprecieerd.

Op basis van je interesses neem je ook specifieke taken voor je rekening. Dit kan gaan van het organiseren van een leuke dagbesteding (bijvoorbeeld een kook-, bak-, bloemschik- of andere activiteit), deelname aan één van de werkgroepen tot het decoreren van de afdeling.

Al komt het welzijn van de bewoners op de eerste plaats, ook administratieve taken leid je in goede banen. Zo zorg je voor zorgvuldige registraties, opvolging en briefings aan de multidisciplinaire collega’s.

Snelle indiensttreding is wenselijk voor onze actuele uitbating “’t Dorp”. Ons nieuwe project Binnenhof, opening in november, heeft ook nog meerdere vacatures!
