Als zorgkundige in WZC Sint Lambertus’Buren bied je dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning aan bewoners in een warme, huiselijke omgeving. Je werkt samen met het team en bouwt een vertrouwensband op met bewoners.

Jouw nieuwe taken

  • Je ondersteunt bewoners bij dagelijkse verzorging, hygiëne en comfortzorg;
  • Je helpt bij maaltijden en activiteiten van het dagelijks leven (ADL);
  • Je voert gedelegeerde zorgtaken uit volgens afspraken binnen het team;
  • Je observeert bewoners en rapporteert bijzonderheden aan verpleegkundigen;
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige, ordelijke en aangename leefomgeving;
  • Je werkt mee aan kwaliteitsvolle, persoonsgerichte zorg en teamafspraken.

Als zorgkundige in WZC Sint-Lambertus’Buren draag je bij aan dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning van bewoners. Je helpt bij persoonlijke verzorging, hygiëne, maaltijden en activiteiten van het dagelijks leven en voert gedelegeerde zorgtaken uit. Je observeert bewoners en rapporteert bijzonderheden aan verpleegkundigen. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor een warme, veilige en huiselijke omgeving. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten zorgzaam, sociaal en stressbestendig binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je dicht bij bewoners staat en snel moet inspelen op hun noden.

Verder vragen wij:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma en visum van zorgkundige
  • Ervaring in ouderenzorg is een plus
  • Je voert gedelegeerde zorgtaken correct uit volgens afspraken
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal
