Voor een gastvrij woonzorgcentrum in de regio Halen ¿ dat deel uitmaakt van een grote, gerenommeerde zorggroep ¿ zoeken wij een enthousiaste zorgkundige (deeltijds 19u/week).

Binnen deze organisatie staat 'Positive Care' centraal: persoonsgerichte zorg met oprechte aandacht, levensvreugde en gastvrijheid. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collega's vertrouwen krijgen, elkaar ondersteunen en dagelijks samen bouwen aan een warme, huiselijke omgeving.

Met een vast ochtendrooster (07u15 - 11u15), overzichtelijke 12-weken planningen en de mogelijkheid tot een vaste vrije dag, is deze functie bovendien uitstekend te combineren met jouw priveleven!

  • Diploma & Visum: Je beschikt over een erkend diploma zorgkundige met bijbehorende visumregistratie.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring is niet vereist, ook gemotiveerde starters zijn van harte welkom!
  • Eigenschappen: Je bent betrokken, nauwkeurig, flexibel, stressbestendig en een echte teamplayer.
  • Competenties: Je voert gedelegeerde handelingen correct uit, bent sterk in observatie en beschikt over een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.

Als zorgkundige ben jij het vertrouwde gezicht voor de bewoners en maak je het verschil in de kleine momenten van de dag:

  • Dagelijkse verzorging: Je staat in voor de dagelijkse hygiëne, comfortzorg en preventieve zorg van de bewoners.
  • Gedelegeerde taken: Je voert verpleegkundige gedelegeerde handelingen correct uit en ondersteunt bij maaltijden, medicatie en dagelijkse activiteiten.
  • Observatie & Rapportage: Je observeert nauwgezet veranderingen in de fysieke of mentale gezondheidstoestand van bewoners en rapporteert dit helder aan het team.
  • Sfeer & Orde: Je draagt bij aan een opgeruimde, veilige afdeling en creëert een huiselijke sfeer waarin bewoners waardig ouder worden.
