Bij Ter Sig gaan we verder dan alleen kwalitatieve huisvesting en zorgverlening. Ons team creëert een omgeving waarin de nacht tot leven komt met warmte, comfort en zorg op maat. Met onze diverse afdelingen, zoals het herstelverblijf en woonzorgcentrum, bieden we een thuis waar onze bewoners zich veilig en geborgen voelen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiast nachtzorgtalent dat de nacht tot een bijzondere ervaring wil maken voor onze bewoners. Als nachtzorgtalent zorg je ervoor dat de nacht niet donker en stil is, maar juist sprankelend en vol zorg en aandacht.

Heb je een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en wil je de mensen verzorgen zoals jouw eigen familie, dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Takenpakket:

- Breng een glimlach op het gezicht van onze bewoners terwijl je hen helpt bij omkleden en begeleidt nr bed

- Begeleid onze bewoners naar het toilet en bied hen de nodige ondersteuning en wees hierbij geduldig

- Bied een helpende hand aan bewoners die 's nachts extra zorg en aandacht nodig hebben

- Administratieve klusjes en huishoudelijke zoals tafels dekken, ontbijt voorbereiden, linnen verwerking,..

- De klinische toestand van de persoon met een zorgbehoefte opvolgen (stabiliteit, excretie, gedrag, ...)

Je bent een nachtuil in hart en nieren en gedijt goed in de nachtelijke uren

Je bent een warme persoonlijkheid met een groot empathisch vermogen

Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief

Je hebt een positieve instelling en brengt energie in de nacht

Je bent in het bezit van een visum als zorgkundige

Je bent hands-on en weet prioriteiten te stellen, soms is een korte babbel belangrijker dan een strak opgemaakt bed

Je draagt respect uit, voor je een kamer binnen gaat klop jij even aan

Ook al is het druk, je weet als geen ander dat een goedemorgen en goedeavond van essentieel belang zijn!

In de regio wonen is een groot pluspunt

Ervaring is een mooi meegenomen maar motivatie en enthousiasme is wat we zoeken, je weet precies waarom je deze job wil doen!
