The posting

Onze afdeling cardiochirurgie,thorax- en vaatheelkunde en oogheelkunde is op zoek naar een enthousiaste zorgkundige. Wij staan in voor zowel de preoperatieve als de postoperatieve zorgen van deze chirurgische patiënten. Onze afdeling bestaat uit 22 lowcare bedden, 4 mediumcare bedden en 2 harttransplantatiekamers. Je komt terecht in een hecht team met een hart voor de patiënt en voor elkaar.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als zorgkundige in ons ziekenhuis vorm je een belangrijke schakel in de zorg voor patiënten.
  • Je werkt steeds onder begeleiding van de verpleegkundigen en ondersteunt hen met het nemen van parameters, uitvoeren van hygiënische zorgen, …
  • Verder zorg je dat de maaltijden op de afdeling vlot verlopen: je vraagt patiënten om hun maaltijdkeuze en gaat dagelijks in overleg met onze diëtiste. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van de voedingstoestand van onze patiënten.. Daarnaast sta je in voor de maaltijdbedeling.
  • Je beheert mee de logistieke processen op de dienst.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een diploma en een visum als zorgkundige.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je het attest van de vijf bijkomende verpleegkundige handelingen, of je bent bereid de opleiding hiervoor op korte termijn te volgen.
  • Je bent flexibel en geëngageerd.
  • Je toont initiatief en bent verantwoordelijk.
  • Je bent loyaal, integer en empathisch.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, na overleg met je collega’s.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in shiften, ook in het weekend en op feestdagen.

  • Een voltijds bediendecontract voor bepaalde duur (voor de periode november 2026 tem februari 2027).
