Verpleegkundigen (niveau IFIC 14, 14B, onbepaalde duur , voltijds/deeltijds)

Functie

Als verpleegkundige coördineer je het werk in het kader van de verzorging van de bewoners. Je verzorgt de nodige contacten met huisartsen, familieleden van bewoners, e.d. Je stelt de verpleegplannen op en dient verpleegkundige en hygiënische zorgen toe. Je staat in voor het medicatiebeheer en evalueert de verstrekte zorgen. Je observeert en begeleidt de bewoners en garandeert het fysisch comfort en de veiligheid van de bewoners. Je scoort de graad van zorgbehoevendheid en beheert de zorgdossiers. Je neemt actief deel aan teamvergaderingen en multidisciplinair overleg.

Als zorgkundige sta je in voor de verzorging van de bewoners in het woonzorgcentrum.

Samen met je collega’s in het woonzorgcentrum zorg je voor een thuisgevoel en veilige omgeving. Je biedt persoonlijke en fysieke zorg aan bewoners, observeert hun welzijn en rapporteert zorgvuldig in het zorgdossier, zodat we samen de beste zorg kunnen garanderen.

Profiel Verpleegkundige

je hebt een diploma verpleegkundige

Profiel Zorgkundige

in het bezit zijn van een visum van zorgkundige: minstens 1ste jaar verpleegkundige beëindigd of 7de jaar thuis en bejaardezorg of zorgkundige
