Als zorgkundige binnen onze mobiele equipe ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit, betrokkenheid en warme persoonlijkheid bied je kwaliteitsvolle zorg waar die op dat moment het meest nodig is.

Jouw taken

  • Je verleent dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning aan bewoners.
  • Je stimuleert de zelfstandigheid en het welzijn van de bewoners.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen en andere collega's.
  • Je observeert veranderingen en rapporteert deze correct.
  • Je springt bij op verschillende afdelingen en past je vlot aan nieuwe situaties aan.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma en visum als zorgkundige.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag op verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent zorgzaam, positief en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag in team.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde starters zijn welkom.
