Welkom bij WZG Voorkempen! In onze woonzorgcentra (WZC Rustenborg in Wijnegem en WZC Verbert-Verrijdt in Schoten) draait alles om warme zorg met een hart voor onze bewoners. Maar die warmte bewaren we niet alleen voor hen; we willen ook voor jou een warme werkplek zijn.

Jouw uitdaging als Zorgkundige

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Als Zorgkundige bij WZG Voorkempen ben je veel meer dan je functieomschrijving alleen; jij bent een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijkse welzijn van onze bewoners. Je komt terecht in het team van WZC Verbert-Verrijdt in Schoten. Jouw focus ligt op het bieden van kwalitatieve, veilige en persoonsgerichte zorg in een huiselijke omgeving.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse persoonlijke verzorging van onze bewoners (hygiëne, voeding, mobiliteit) en draagt bij aan hun comfort en levenskwaliteit.
  • Je dient medicatie toe onder toezicht, volgt de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners nauwgezet op en observeert en rapporteert eventuele veranderingen.
  • Je onderhoudt een warm en vlot contact met bewoners en hun familieleden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's, want bij ons sta je er nooit alleen voor ('samen' is niet voor niets één van onze kernwaarden!).

  • Je bent in het bezit van een geregistreerd visum als zorgkundige.

  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die vlot communiceert, maar je kan je dagelijkse werk ook zelfstandig en gestructureerd organiseren.
  • Je werkt stipt en verantwoordelijk, en stelt het welzijn en de waardigheid van onze bewoners altijd centraal.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om te werken binnen een variabel uurrooster (met avond- en weekendwerk).
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige setting is een troef, maar ook enthousiaste schoolverlaters of herstarters zijn meer dan welkom!
