WZC Sint-Elisabeth (Eeklo) is een woonzorgcentrum dat deel uitmaakt van vzw Zorg-Saam ZKJ, een groep met meer dan 1850 medewerkers en 600 vrijwilligers. WZC Sint-Elisabeth beschikt over 161 woongelegenheden, waarvan 7 kamers voor kortverblijf, 5 kamers voor comazorg en 10 kamers voor mensen met jongdementie. We bieden een eigentijdse en kwalitatieve zorg aan de zorggebruikers in de woongelegenheden, het kortverblijf, het centrum voor dagverzorging en de assistentiewoningen.

Jouw functie

  • Als zorgkundige sta je in voor de uitvoering van de zorgkundige taken.
  • Je hebt grote affiniteit met zorgbehoevende senioren.
  • Je geeft ondersteuning in de totaalzorg van de individuele bewoner.
  • Je volgt het individueel zorgplan van de bewoners mee op.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de eigen zorgverlening en deze van het team.
  • Je ondersteunt de collega zorgkundigen in de nachtelijke werking en waakt mee over de zorgzame uitvoering en opvolging van het zorgplan en de procedures.
  • Je hebt kennis van de gangbare ICT toepassingen.
  • Je draagt bij tot een goede multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
  • Je hanteert een empathische, vriendelijke, respectvolle animatieve basishouding naar bewoners , familie en collega’s. Samen met het team en in nauwe samenwerking met de hoofdverpleegkundige sta je mee in voor de zorg van onze bewoners.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma zorgkundige.
  • Je kan deskundigheid en hartelijkheid integreren in de dagelijkse omgang met zorgbehoevende ouderen.
  • Je kan werken in een interdisciplinair team.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Je bent ambitieus en wil enkel de beste zorg bieden aan de zorgvrager.
  • Je bent gedreven om te werken in een woonzorgcentrum waar we samen zorgen voor een huiselijke maar professionele sfeer.
