The posting

Home Vogelzang te Leuven zorgt voor een goede sfeer en klimaat waar mensen zich thuis voelen. Hier bieden 97 medewerkers dagelijks met hart en ziel warme zorg aan de bewoners. ‘Zorg op maat’ realiseren ze door maximaal rekening te houden met de wensen en verlangens van bewoners. En dat geeft zowel bewoners als medewerkers veel voldoening. Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar:

EEN ZORGKUNDIGE

met focus op kwaliteit van wonen en zorg

  • met affiniteit voor zorgverlening aan ouderen met psychische kwetsbaarheid
  • voor ondersteuning van het zorgprogramma voor bewoners in kortverblijf dat vaak wordt opgestart na een ziekenhuisverblijf en waarbij revalidatie en/of intensievere somatische zorgverlening tijdelijk noodzakelijk is

Flexibele inschakeling is mogelijk. Je kan zelf opteren voor inschakeling tijdens WE, avondshiften, …
