De zorgcampus Hof ten Dorpe bestaat uit enerzijds een woonzorgcentrum dat een warme thuis vormt voor 100 ouderen, anderzijds kunnen er ook 5 personen terecht voor kortverblijf. Verder is er ook een dagverzorgingscentrum voor 15 bezoekers. Allemaal samen gaan we voor de best mogelijke zorg zodat iedereen er zich écht kan thuisvoelen.

Hof ten Dorpe maakt deel uit van MKL – Meer Kwaliteit van Leven, een warme zorggroep waar meer dan 650 collega’s het verschil maken voor bewoners, patiënten, bezoekers en hun families. MKL bestaat uit vier unieke sites in de Antwerpse regio:

  • Revalidatieziekenhuis RevArte (Edegem)
  • Zorgcampus Hof ter Schelde (Antwerpen Linkeroever)
  • WZC Hof ten Dorpe (Wommelgem)
  • WZC Hof Sint Jozef (Antwerpen Kiel)

Elke dag bouwen we er samen aan warme, mensgerichte zorg — de soort zorg waar je zelf zonder aarzelen voor zou kiezen. Elke site heeft zijn eigen karakter, maar overal voel je dezelfde warmte, dezelfde ambitie en dezelfde drive om kwaliteitsvol te werken. Wat ga je doen?

Als zorgkundige ben je voor onze bewoners een vertrouwd gezicht. Je werkt op één vaste wooneenheid, waardoor je de bewoners écht leert kennen en een belangrijke rol speelt in hun dagelijks welzijn. Samen met je collega's creëer je een warme, huiselijke omgeving waar bewoners zich goed voelen.

Jouw taken:

  • je staat in voor de dagelijkse verzorging en begeleiding van bewoners
  • je waakt over hun hygiëne, voeding, comfort en rust
  • je merkt veranderingen op en rapporteert deze aan je team
  • je ondersteunt bewoners bij activiteiten van het dagelijks leven
  • je werkt nauw samen met je collega's (verpleegkundigen en zorgkundigen) om kwaliteitsvolle, persoonsgerichte ondersteuning te bieden

Je werkt in vroege en late diensten. Met jouw positieve ingesteldheid, warme aanpak en oprechte aandacht bezorg je onze bewoners elke dag opnieuw een glimlach.
