Als zorgkundige bij WZC Clarenhof werk je in een woonzorgcentrum waar warme, persoonsgerichte zorg centraal staat. Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun dagelijkse leven en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich veilig, comfortabel en gerespecteerd voelen. Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen en collega-zorgkundigen en bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensband op met bewoners en hun familie. Met jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid maak je elke dag zichtbaar verschil.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • uitvoeren van gedelegeerde verzorgende en verpleegkundige taken;
  • opvolgen van parameters volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • observeren van fysieke en psychische veranderingen en deze rapporteren;
  • instaan voor de dagelijkse lichaamsverzorging en comfortzorg;
  • ondersteunen van bewoners bij maaltijden en activiteiten van het dagelijks leven;
  • assisteren bij de inname van orale medicatie binnen het afgesproken kader;
  • uitvoeren van beperkte administratieve en huishoudelijke taken;
  • waken over orde, netheid en het verzorgen van het nodige verzorgingsmateriaal.

Als zorgkundige draag je bij aan verzorgende en gedelegeerde verpleegkundige taken, observatie, comfortzorg en ondersteuning bij maaltijden en activiteiten. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor een veilige, huiselijke omgeving waar bewoners zich gezien en ondersteund voelen. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten zorgzaamheid, nauwkeurigheid en teamspirit centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je veranderingen tijdig signaleert, correct rapporteert en samen de continuïteit van zorg bewaakt.

Verder vragen wij

  • beschikken over een diploma en visum van zorgkundige;
  • gemotiveerd zijn en streven naar een kwaliteitsvolle verzorging;
  • sociaal vaardig zijn en beschikken over een luisterend oor;
  • flexibel en stressbestendig zijn;
  • een goede kennis hebben van de Nederlandse taal.
