Bij woonzorgcentrum Heyvis vertelt elke glimlach een verhaal en verwarmt elk gebaar een hart. Binnen ons WZC proberen we een omgeving te creëren waar liefde en zorg samensmelten en we een echte thuis creëren voor onze bewoners.

  • Je zorgt voor de dagdagelijkse hygiënische zorgen en nazorgen van onze bewoners.
  • Gelukkige bewoners, daar streven we met zijn allen naar! Je staat mee in voor de begeleiding en ondersteuning van onze bewoners, zowel op psychisch als fysisch vlak.
  • Je helpt onze bewoners met hun dagdagelijkse activiteiten.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij palliatieve zorgen en je draagt jouw steentje bij voor een warme begeleiding doorheen dit proces.
  • Je helpt meebouwen aan een kwalitatieve dienst- en zorgverlening en neemt met de rest van het team deel aan werkgroepen rond specifieke thema’s.
  • Je voert administratieve taken uit en helpt mee waken over de goede opvolging van de bewonersdossiers.
  • Je hebt een hart voor de zorg!
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband maar kunt ook vlot zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg is een pluspunt maar zeker geen must.
  • Je beschikt over een visumnummer als zorgkundige.
