Draag je ouderen met en zonder dementie in je hart? Ondersteun jij als zorgkundige onze bewoners op fysiek, psychisch, emotioneel en sociaal vlak? Heb jij een grondige kennis van de geriatrische zorg?

Dan hebben wij de perfecte uitdaging voor jou:

  • fysieke zorg zoals lichaamszorg, helpen bij verplaatsingen, avond- en nachtzorg, ...
  • aandacht en zorg voor de emotionele toestand van de bewoners, gepaste communicatie, begeleiding van de bewoners met dementie, ...
  • hulp, ondersteuning en nazorg bij de maaltijden, toezicht op de vochtinname van de bewoners
  • medicatie verzorgen onder toezicht van de verpleegkundigen
  • luisteren en praten, raad geven, observeren, ... onze bewoners helpen op psychisch vlak
  • kameronderhoud, het bed en het linnen
  • dossiers en logboeken bijhouden (administratief werk)
  • Je hebt de opleiding tot zorgkundige succesvol voltooid en je bent in het bezit van het visum zorgkundige.
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen met en zonder dementie, je straalt een warme zorghouding uit en je staat steeds voor hen klaar.
  • Respect, liefdevolle zorg en begrip zet je centraal.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis inzake ouderenzorg, ervaring in de geriatrie is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent deskundig, bewonersgericht en betrokken.
  • Je bent discreet en loyaal. Je werkt efficiënt en je stelt je flexibel op.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, je kan vlot samenwerken met verpleegkundigen en collega-zorgkundigen.
