Vrije Basisschool Kompas in Schaarbeek zoekt een ervaren zorgleerkracht om het zorgteam te versterken.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als zorgleerkracht werk je binnen het zorgteam van onze Brusselse basisschool waar verbindende communicatie, autonomie, samenwerking en talent centraal staan.

Concreet gaat het om de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Observeren en evalueren van de leernoden en leermiddelen
  • Voorbereiding en uitvoering van ondersteuning bij fase 0, 1 en 2
  • Ontwikkelen van materialen voor zorgfase 1 en 2
  • Resultaten en effecten van de zorg bijhouden in het LVS
  • Voorbereiding zorgoverleg en multi-disciplinair overleg
  • Klassen tijdelijk overnemen in functie van overleg of ziekte

Hoe verloopt de samenwerking?

  • Je maakt deel uit van een warm team waarin samenwerking, overleg en betrokkenheid belangrijk zijn.
  • In het zorgoverleg breng je de noden van de leerlingen mee in kaart en stel je samen het zorgplan op.
  • Samen met de zorgcoördinator maak je de roosters voor het zorgteam op.
  • Je krijgt wekelijks 1 uur aanvangsbegeleiding: een mentor ondersteunt je in je groei en reflectie.

Werken op Kompas, dat is lesgeven in een warme gemeenschap.

  • We zetten in op een sterke band met de ouders en verwelkomen hen regelmatig in de klas.
  • We werken in elke klas met co-teaching. Zo staat een leerkracht er nooit helemaal alleen voor en verdeel je onderling de taken. Samenwerken is dan ook een van onze kernprincipes!

Werken op Kompas, dat is samen school maken.

  • We werken als team samen aan een onderwijsproject dat aansluit op de behoeften van onze leerlingen.
  • We zetten hierbij sterk in op taalverwerving. Taal en wereldoriëntatie gaan hand in hand om vanuit een thema wereldkennis en woordenschat op te bouwen. We werken hiervoor samen met de specialisten van het Onderwijscentrum Brussel (OCB).
  • We zetten ook in op zelfstandigheid en samenwerking en werken initiatieven uit waarmee onze leerlingen hun talenten ontdekken en ontwikkelen.
