De vrije basisschool Axioma maakt deel uit van Scholengemeenschap Katholiek Onderwijs Deurne.

Basisschool Axi-Joma is een grote school met 2 vestigingen te Deurne-Noord. In onze kleuterschool verwelkomen we dagelijks 160 kleuters, in onze lagere school een 360-tal leerlingen.

Axi-Joma is een school volop in beweging! Wij starten in september ’26 aan ons tweede schooljaar “Effectieve Scholen” onder begeleiding van Thomas More. We zetten in op effectieve didactiek en sterk klasmanagement omdat we kwaliteitsvol onderwijs willen geven aan élk kind. Samen leren en ontwikkelen als team staat hierbij centraal. Op de kleuterschool starten we in september met het Leesstart traject (Effectief Leesonderwijs), ook onder begeleiding van Thomas More. Onze didactiek is wetenschappelijk onderbouwd, effectief en doelgericht.

Vanuit onze christelijke wortels werken we aan een zorgzame leeromgeving met gelijke onderwijskansen voor iedereen. We zetten met ons team actief in op samenwerken en samen leren!

De functie-inhoud:

  • Je verzorgt leerlingbegeleiding in fase 1 van het zorgcontinuüm
  • In overleg met de klasleerkrachten en zorgcoördinator ga je aan de slag met het zorgplan: acties / remediëring.. na enkele weken evalueer je of je acties / aanpak leerwinst creëren bij de leerlingen.
  • Zorg in fase 1 kan ook via co-teaching en/of verlengde instructie in de klas. Afhankelijk van de noden van de leerlingen bespreek je dit met de klasleerkrachten.
  • Je registreert alle zorgacties + effecten in het leerlingvolgssysteem zodat we de ontwikkeling van elke leerling nauwgezet kunnen opvolgen.
  • Zorg kan ook via co-teaching in de klas afhankelijk van de noden van de leerlingen
  • Als zorgleerkracht ben je bereid, indien nodig, om klasleerkrachten te vervangen.
