Wil jij mee het verschil maken in de zorg van morgen? Bij AZ Zeno krijg je als zorgmanager de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen in het vormgeven van innovatieve, kwalitatieve en mensgerichte zorg. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je strategisch denken met daadkracht op de werkvloer.

Als Zorgmanager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, continuïteit en kwaliteit van diverse zorgtrajecten en ondersteunende diensten. Je stuurt verschillende teams en diensthoofden aan en zorgt voor een vlotte, efficiënte samenwerking over disciplines heen.

Je neemt onder meer de regie over:

  • Het moeder-kindtraject (zwangerschap, geboorte en neonatale zorg)
  • Revalidatiezorg (ambulant én gehospitaliseerd)
  • Internistische trajecten (cardiologie, neurologie/stroke en pneumologie)
  • Ondersteunende disciplines (paramedici en gespecialiseerde zorgconsulenten, o.a. hartfalen, pijn en palliatieve zorg)

Je speelt een cruciale rol in het realiseren van de strategische ambities van AZ Zeno. Dat doe je door:

  • Het initiëren, leiden en implementeren van innovatieve verbeterprojecten
  • Te werken rond thema’s zoals kwaliteit, patiëntveiligheid, persoonsgerichte zorg en duurzaamheid
  • Nieuwe tendensen in de zorg te vertalen naar concreet beleid en werkbare oplossingen op de werkvloer

Je zorgt ervoor dat visie geen theorie blijft, maar tastbaar wordt in de dagelijkse praktijk.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de gezondheidszorg.
  • Als overtuigend communicator en charismatische bruggenbouwer heb je oog voor de belangen van alle stakeholders en hou je ervan om medewerkers te verbinden en naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden van veranderingstrajecten met focus op creativiteit en innovatie.
  • Om doelstellingen te behalen of een resultaatgericht beleid te implementeren, kan je daadkrachtig optreden en knopen doorhakken met de nodige diplomatie en objectieve argumentatie.
