Wij zoeken een zorgmanager die ons Klinisch Chemisch Laboratorium versterkt en ons gedreven, ambitieuze team weer compleet maakt specifiek in het gebied van Hematologie, Stolling en Bloedtransfusie. Wat ga je doen? In jouw rol als zorgmanager geef je leiding aan een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers en ben je locatie-overstijgend verantwoordelijk voor je team én voor het optimaal laten verlopen van de (vakinhoudelijke) processen van de Hematologie/Stolling/Bloedtransfusie in de volle breedte. Samen met je vijf collega-zorgmanagers en de klinisch chemici geef je richting aan de afdeling KCL. Je krijgt hiërarchisch en functioneel leiding van de unitmanager. Wij zijn op zoek naar een zorgmanager die energie brengt, medewerkers weet te inspireren en samen werkt aan het behalen van onze doelstellingen. Op het laboratorium zijn wij continu bezig met procesverbetering. Een belangrijke doelstelling in de nabije toekomst is het doorvoeren van een volledige laboratoriumautomatisering. Bij deze veranderingen is het belangrijk dat jij medewerkers actief meeneemt en laat meedenken. De afdeling KCL is een kennis-servicecentrum voor klinisch chemische diagnostiek. Het bestaat uit ongeveer 160 fte en valt binnen het cluster Medisch Ondersteunend. We verzorgen de uitgifte van bloedproducten en semen-opwerking voor patiënten en zorgverleners in de regio Haaglanden. Het KCL werkt op de drie locaties (Antoniushove in Leidschendam en de locaties Bronovo en Westeinde in Den Haag) van HMC én op diverse plekken in de regio. We bieden een uitgebreid diagnostisch pakket en ondersteunen zo de hele zorgketen: van huisartsen tot ziekenhuizen en andere instellingen...
