Als zorgmedewerker in ons Flexteam bied je persoonsgerichte zorg aan bewoners met somatische of psychogeriatrische (PG) aandoeningen. Samen met vaste collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze bewoners zich veilig en comfortabel voelen. Afhankelijk van je functie ondersteun je hen bij dagelijkse activiteiten (ADL), rapporteer je veranderingen in hun gezondheid, en draag je bij aan een warme en huiselijke sfeer.
