Zorgmedewerker (Uitzendbasis) Jij brengt de zorg in beweging. BEZ maakt het mogelijk. Locatie: Kapelle, Middelburg, Vlissingen Uren: In overleg Dienstverband: Uitzendbasis Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse persoonlijke verzorging (ADL-taken) - Observeren van cliënten en rapporteren van bijzonderheden - Ondersteunen bij medicatie (afhankelijk van je bevoegdheden) - Samenwerken binnen multidisciplinaire teams - Werken volgens geldende richtlijnen en protocollen Wie ben jij? - Je bent minimaal één jaar in het bezit van een zorgdiploma als Helpende (niveau 2) , Verzorgende IG (niveau 3) of Verpleegkundige (niveau 4/5) ; - Je hebt een VOG of staat open om er een aan te vragen; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt het juist leuk om op verschillende locaties te werken; - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, empathisch en professioneel; Wat jij van BEZ-BM kunt verwachten: Bij ons kun je elke dag met plezier aan de slag in verschillende zorgorganisaties, waardoor geen werkdag hetzelfde is.
