Toch blijft persoonlijke aandacht onmisbaar. Als zorgondersteuner breng jij rust, tijd en oprechte aandacht. Juist die kleine momenten maken een groot verschil in het dagelijks leven van bewoners. Wat ga je doen? Als Zorgondersteuner speel je een belangrijke rol in het bieden van aandacht, tijd en structuur aan de bewoners. Je zorgt voor een prettige daginvulling en ondersteunt zowel de bewoners als het zorgteam. Zo help je bij het verzorgen van het ontbijt, draag je bij aan het welzijn en de activiteiten in de huiskamer en neem je lichte huishoudelijke taken op je, zoals het opmaken van bedden, het (voor)bereiden van maaltijden en het opruimen. Daarnaast stem je je werkzaamheden goed af met collega's, zodat iedereen op de hoogte is van de actuele situatie. Je houdt de toestand van de bewoners in de gaten en legt je observaties tijdig en zorgvuldig vast.
