Home Zorgondersteuner De Marene € 2.394 - 3.444 Solliciteer vóór 5 november 2026 Wat ga je doen Als zorgondersteuner speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks leven van onze bewoners. Je ondersteunt hen bij de Algemene Dagelijkse Levensverrichtingen (ADL), zoals wassen, aankleden, persoonlijke verzorging en andere praktische handelingen. Daarbij kijk je altijd naar wat een bewoner zelf kan en stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid waar mogelijk. Naast de ADL-ondersteuning help je bewoners bij huishoudelijke werkzaamheden en draag je bij aan een schoon, veilig en prettig woonklimaat. Je hebt oog voor het welzijn van bewoners, signaleert veranderingen in hun gezondheid of gedrag en bespreekt deze met collega's. Door jouw betrokkenheid en aandacht voelen bewoners zich gezien en ondersteund. Je werkt nauw samen met begeleiders en andere collega's, zorgt voor een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke overdracht en ondersteunt bij activiteiten op de locatie. Zo lever je iedere dag een waardevolle bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van leven van onze bewoners én aan een goed functionerend team. De Marene Zorgopvang de Marene in Leeuwarden biedt begeleiding, verzorging, verpleging en een thuis aan bewoners met meervoudige problematiek. Naast gangbare woonruimtes, heeft De Marene nog een bijzondere woonplek, namelijk tiny houses. Hier wonen de bewoners zelfstandig. De tiny houses zijn bedoeld voor bewoners die baat hebben bij een rustige, prikkelarme omgeving. Op de Marene is elke dag weer anders; je weet 's ochtends niet wat je die dag gaat meemaken. Hanneke: ' Dat maakt mijn werk zo bijzonder. De mensen die hier wonen hebben meervoudige problematiek, waaronder fysieke beperkingen en psychiatrische problemen.
