Wij zoeken een doktersassistent voor 24-32 uur per week, waarbij de donderdag een vaste vrije dag is. Wat ga je doen als doktersassistent? Vanuit twee klinieken in Amsterdam Zuidoost en Nieuw-West levert DC Klinieken laagcomplexe, poliklinische gynaecologische zorg met een sterke focus op diagnostiek, leefstijl en digitale zorgpaden. Als doktersassistent werk je op beide locaties en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, collega-assistenten en de officemanager. Jouw taken: - Je bent samen met onze zorgondersteuners het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de patiënten. Je zorgt voor een warm ontvangst, stelt patiënten op hun gemak en beantwoordt vragen; - Je beoordeelt verwijsbrieven zorgvuldig en schakelt hierbij laagdrempelig met onze artsen en gynaecologen, waardoor je een belangrijke rol speelt in het goed voorbereiden van het consult; - Je ondersteunt en assisteert bij uiteenlopende gynaecologische onderzoeken en behandelingen: van consulten tot afwisselende ingrepen. Geen dag is hetzelfde! - Je bereid spreekuren goed voor, beheert de agenda's van de zorgverleners en zorgt dat de spreekkamers goed georganiseerd en voorzien zijn; - Je houdt het overzicht in de administratieve stroom: van dossierverwerking en uitslagen tot het soepel laten verlopen van patiënten aanmeldingen.
