Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wij zoeken een enthousiaste zorgvrijwilliger die enkele uurtjes per week wil helpen naast een vaste medewerker. Als zorgvrijwilliger ondersteun je de beroepskracht en draag je bij aan het welzijn van onze bewoners. Je biedt persoonlijke aandacht en helpt mee tijdens verschillende dagelijkse zorgmomenten. Heb je vroeger in de zorg gewerkt? Beschik je over een zorgdiploma? Of wil je juist graag ervaring opdoen en meer leren over het werken in de zorg? Er is veel mogelijk! Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt onze zorgmedewerkers bij dagelijkse zorgtaken, bijvoorbeeld: - helpen bij het aan- en uittrekken van steunkousen; - ondersteunen bij het aan- en uitkleden; - helpen bij het eten en drinken; - iemand naar bed brengen; - ondersteunen bij de mondzorg, zoals tandenpoetsen; - andere zorgtaken die passen bij jouw mogelijkheden en interesses. Samen kijken we wat bij jou past. We vinden het belangrijk dat je werkzaamheden doet die bij jou passen en waar jij je prettig bij voelt. Daarom bespreken we samen welke handelingen je graag wilt uitvoeren. Per handeling kijken we of je hiervoor bekwaam en bevoegd bent. Heb je nog niet alle kennis of vaardigheden? Geen probleem. Als dat nodig en passend is, kunnen we je een korte cursus of e-learning aanbieden. Zo krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wie ben jij?
