Word zorgondersteuner bij Valkenheim en maak elke dag het verschil voor onze bewoners! Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Zorgondersteuner die graag het verschil maakt. Locatie Valkenheim Onze locatie Valkenheim in Valkenburg biedt kleinschalige woonvormen aan voor 12 tot 24 bewoners met dementiezorg. Deze opzet stelt ons in staat om medewerkers in te zetten op een afdeling die perfect aansluit bij hun kwaliteiten en voorkeuren. Samen zetten we ons dagelijks in voor de verdere ontwikkeling van Valkenheim, waarbij we onze medewerkers actief betrekken en uitnodigen om mee te denken over verbeteringen in de zorg en het welzijn van onze bewoners. Zo bouwen we samen aan een warme, vertrouwde omgeving die als een echt thuis voelt. Jouw baan als zorgondersteuner binnen Valkenheim in Valkenburg Als zorgondersteuner ben je, samen met je collega's, verantwoordelijk voor het runnen van het huishouden en het creëren van een huiselijke, gezellige sfeer. Je grootste uitdaging én motivatie is om onze bewoners een fijne dag te bezorgen. Dat doe je door persoonlijke aandacht te geven, te zorgen voor een schone en prettige woonomgeving en een luisterend oor te bieden. Je ondersteunt bij maaltijden, helpt bij activiteiten en pakt facilitaire taken op, zoals het schoonmaken van de keuken en het netjes houden van de kamers en gezamenlijke ruimtes. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het afsoppen van bedden. Zo is jouw werk afwisselend en dankbaar - geen dag is hetzelfde! Door de gewenste flexibiliteit en de gevraagde uren is deze vacature niet geschikt als bijbaan.
