Wij zijn op zoek naar een zorgondersteuner - logistiek assistent die

  • als teamlid meehelpt bij het creëren van een comfortabele en aangename thuis voor de bewoners;
  • comfort, hygiëne, voeding, beweging, rust en ontspanning biedt aan onze bewoners met oog voor de details (die voor elke bewoner verschillend maar zo belangrijk zijn);
  • gedreven is om de beste zorg te bieden;
  • in een multidisciplinair team kan werken

Als zorgondersteuner (logistiek assistent) zorg je voor een aangename woon- en leefomgeving voor de bewoners. Je houdt rekening met hun persoonlijke noden en behoeften. Met jouw warme ondersteuning help je het woonzorgteam zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op de zorg voor de bewoners.

Je ondersteunt bij volgende taken :

1. uitvoeren van huishoudelijke taken (maaltijdgebeuren)

2. bijdragen tot het dagelijkse onderhoud van de afdeling en het materiaal

3. helpen van bewoners en ondersteunen van zorg- en verpleegkundigen bij eenvoudige zorgtaken (verplaatsingen, …)

4. uitvoeren van activiteiten van het dagelijks leven = hulp bij essentiële activiteiten van het dagelijks leven die de persoon vanwege een fysieke of mentale beperking niet of niet meer zelf kan uitvoeren. (toepassing van KB – ADL)
