Ben jij iemand die initiatief neemt, werk ziet liggen en graag samenwerkt? Ervaring in de zorg is niet nodig, wel voel je je thuis in een specialistische zorgomgeving en ben je bereid de opleiding tot Helpende te volgen. Wat dit voor jou betekent - Je ondersteunt verpleegkundigen, bij de verzorging van baby's die extra zorg nodig hebben. - Je begeleidt en ondersteunt ouders bij de zorg voor hun kindje. - Je geeft praktische informatie en uitleg aan ouders. - Je helpt mee aan een gastvrije en vertrouwde omgeving voor gezinnen. - Je voert gehoortesten uit bij pasgeboren baby's. - Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, hulpmiddelen en apparatuur beschikbaar zijn voor de zorg. - Je bereidt materialen voor rondom onderzoeken, behandelingen en verpleegkundige handelingen. - Je maakt kamers schoon en gereed voor nieuwe opnames. - Je zorgt voor een goede voorraad materialen en hulpmiddelen. - Je reinigt materialen en apparatuur volgens de geldende richtlijnen. - Je ondersteunt bij transporten binnen het ziekenhuis. Deze functie is nog volop in ontwikkeling. Samen met verpleegkundigen en andere zorgondersteuners bouw je verder aan de invulling van deze rol. Daarom zoeken we iemand die kansen ziet, initiatief neemt, zich uitspreekt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Met wie je dit samen doet Je werkt op onze NICU (Neonatale Intensive Care Unit) en NMCU, afdelingen voor pasgeboren baby's die extra zorg nodig hebben. Op de NICU, de intensive care voor baby's, verblijven de meest kwetsbare patiënten van ons ziekenhuis. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan baby's die al rond 24 weken zwangerschap geboren worden of intensieve medische zorg nodig hebben. Dat maakt het werk bijzonder en betekenisvol.
