Het is goed om te weten dat we verschillende leerwerkplekken beschikbaar hebben op locaties waar cliënten met een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking wonen én werken (MVB en EVB). Dit ben jij - Je hebt affiniteit met mensen met een verstandelijke beperking; - Je volgt een zorggerelateerde opleiding (BBL of duaal) van minimaal niveau 3; - Je bent leergierig, waarbij je kunt reflecteren op jouw eigen handelen; - Je bent flexibel en bereid om op feestdagen, in de avonden en weekenden te werken. Wat ga je doen Naast je werk in de zorg ga je één dag per week naar school. Hierdoor leer je voornamelijk in de praktijk en ontvang je een passend salaris als leerling (BBL óf duaal). Na afronding van je opleiding ben je gediplomeerd en gekwalificeerd om als zorgprofessional te werken. Naast het werken en leren in zorg bieden wij ook een uitgebreid aanbod aan leuke opleidings- en leermogelijkheden, waaronder inspirerende leercafés, methodiektrainingen en collegeavonden met bekende sprekers.
