Je kunt werken binnen de clusters Oosterschelde (inclusief Tholen), Walcheren of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, op een locatie en met de doelgroep die bij jou past. Daarbij kun je denken aan woningen voor cliënten met dementie, lichamelijke zorg of specialistische zorg. Werk je op oproepbasis tot 16 uur per week? Dan geef je zelf je beschikbaarheid aan. Wil je meer uren werken? Dan werk je volgens een rooster van drie maanden, waarbij je vooraf je beschikbaarheid doorgeeft. Je wordt flexibel ingezet op verschillende locaties, variërend van vervanging tot langdurige inzet. Op deze manier werk je in verschillende teams, waardoor je veel leert en volop afwisseling in je werkweek ervaart. **Wat ga je doen?*** De cliënten kunnen op jou vertrouwen.
