Ben jij helpende plus of verzorgende IG kom dan werken in één van de goed op elkaar ingespeelde teams. Jij krijgt een vast contract. De uren zijn bespreekbaar tussen 12 en 36 uur per week. Je werkt met cliënten met dementie of met lichamelijke beperkingen, die elk hun eigen verhaal hebben en waarmee je goed weet om te gaan. Binnen SVRZ Walcheren hebben we locaties in Aagtekerke, Arnemuiden, Domburg, Grijpskerke, Middelburg, Koudekerke, Oostkapelle, Westkapelle en Zoutelande. In deze plaatsen en omgeving bieden we ook ZorgThuis. We bespreken graag met jou wat het beste bij je past. De teams breiden we graag uit met collega's die ook betrokken en collegiaal zijn. Samen met je collega's zet je je in om dagelijks kwalitatief goede zorg te bieden. Daarnaast heb je ook volop aandacht voor het welzijn van de bewoners. Kortom, volop afwisseling in je werk. **Wat ga je doen?*** Jouw meest voorkomende werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Werken vanuit de cliënt en aansluiten bij wat hij/zij nodig heeft - Cliënten helpen hun vertrouwde ritme en gewoonten zoveel mogelijk vast te houden - Zowel zelfstandig als samen met je team de dag vormgeven - Meebewegen met wisselende situaties - Creatief meedenken en oplossingen vinden bij onverwachte situaties **Flexibele werktijden, duidelijke afspraken** We bieden je een vast contract voor maximaal 36 uur per week.
