Hof van Batenstein is een multifunctioneel centrum in Vianen, net buiten het centrum en tegenover de Grote Sluis. De gelijknamige zorglocatie van ZorgSpectrum maakt hier onderdeel van uit. In het gebouw zijn daarnaast onder andere huisartsen, een fysiotherapiepraktijk en een apotheek gevestigd, wat het tot een levendige en gezellige locatie maakt waar ook buurtbewoners van harte welkom zijn. ZorgSpectrum biedt hier verschillende woonvormen aan, waaronder appartementen voor individueel wonen, woongroepen voor mensen met dementie en huurappartementen van LEKSTEDEwonen waar ZorgSpectrum indien nodig zorg kan leveren. Bewoners van de woongroepen hebben een eigen slaapkamer, een gedeelde badkamer en per woongroep een gezamenlijke huiskamer met keuken. De zorgappartementen bestaan uit meerdere kamers en zijn ook geschikt voor echtparen. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met de bus en met de auto via de A2 of A27. Als verzorgende IG bied je persoonlijke verzorging en voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit volgens het zorgleefplan van de bewoner. Je helpt bij wassen, aankleden, eten, mobiliteit, toiletgang en andere dagelijkse activiteiten. Binnen je bevoegdheid voer je medische handelingen uit en signaleer je veranderingen in de fysieke of geestelijke toestand van ouderen. Je stimuleert het welzijn, de zelfredzaamheid en de eigen regie van bewoners en draagt bij aan een veilige, vertrouwde en gestructureerde woonomgeving. Je werkt in stabiele zorgsituaties, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met artsen, specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en andere zorgprofessionals binnen een multidisciplinair team.
