Wir suchen 1 zuverlässige_n und engagierte_n ASSISTENT_IN DER GESCHÄFTSFÜHRUNG im gehobenen Bereich, die ein anspruchsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit hoher Eigenverantwortung im Sekretariatsteam bewältigt.

Dienstort Linz, Teilzeit (mind. 20 Wochenstunden)

Als integraler Bestandteil unseres Teams gestalten Sie in enger Kooperation mit der Geschäftsführung strategische Entscheidungen, wobei eine harmonische Zusammenarbeit sowie die gezielte Förderung eigenständigen Denkens und Handelns im Vordergrund stehen.

Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung in organisatorischen Aspekten und Bereitstellung notwendiger Unterlagen

- Korrespondenz sowie Terminplanung und -koordination

- Laufender telefonischer Kontakt mit Interessenten und Auftraggebern

Ihr Kompetenzprofil:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Studium erwünscht)

- Berufserfahrung im anspruchsvollem Assistenzbereich von Vorteil

- Professioneller Umgang mit den üblichen Office-Anwendungen

- Erstklassige Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

- Verlässlich, integer, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
