Deine Aufgaben

* Du konzipierst und steuerst Verifikations- und Validierungsprogramme für zukunftsweisende Komponenten der Mobilität. Dabei setzt du etablierte Methoden der Zuverlässigkeitsgestaltung entlang des V-Modells in unserem internationalen Entwicklungsnetzwerk um.

* Du koordinierst anspruchsvolle Langzeittests - sowohl intern als auch direkt bei unseren Kunden. Die gewonnenen Erprobungsdaten führst du strukturiert zusammen und wertest komplexe Bauteilanalysen mithilfe modernster Analytik (z. B. REM, EDX, WLI) aus.

* Du präsentierst deine Analyseergebnisse im Entwicklungsumfeld, leitest die nächsten Schritte ab und nimmst direkten Einfluss auf die robuste Auslegung und Zuverlässigkeit neuer Komponenten.

* Du arbeitest eng mit global aufgestellten Teams zusammen, nutzt die bewährten Prozesse eines Weltkonzerns und stellst die Zufriedenheit unserer weltweiten Kunden sicher.

Dein Profil

* Ausbildung: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Universität, TU oder FH).

* Persönlichkeit: Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne im Team, denkst lösungsorientiert und zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus. Du brennst für technische und naturwissenschaftliche Zusammenhänge.

* Erfahrung & Know-how: Du bringst Erfahrung in der systematischen Lösung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen mit. Erste Berührungspunkte mit Tools wie Tableau, Power BI, Origin, Python sowie Methoden der Datenanalyse und Design of Experiments (DoE) sind für diese Rolle sehr hilfreich.

* Sprachen: Deine umfassenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift machen dich fit für die tägliche Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld.

Arbeitszeit: ab 38,5h/Woche auf Leasingbasis

Uns ist es wichtig, ein faires Gehalt zu bieten, das deinen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen entspricht. Dieses kann deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag (Metallgewerbe) liegen und startet ab 49.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr für 38,5h/Woche (kein All-In Vertrag), sowie zusätzlichen Benefits am Standort.
