INHOUD VAN DE FUNCTIE Als coordinator zorg je ervoor dat de zwem- en sportlessen optimaal verlopen. Jij bent de persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de gang van zaken op de dag waarop je werkzaam bent. Je hebt nauw contact met de zwemdocenten en werkt optimaal met hen samen. Jullie besluiten in samenspraak welke kinderen er mogen afzwemmen. Om de affiniteit met het water te behouden, geef je als coordinator ook minimaal een dagdeel zwemles. Je bent de schakel tussen de zwemdocenten en de ouders/verzorgers van leden. Als er extra lessen gepland moeten worden communiceer je dit, na overleg met de zwemdocent, aan de ouders. Je dient het verloop van de lessen te bewaken aan de hand van het lesplan en je voert regelmatig overleg met de locatiemanager over verbeterpunten. Je ondersteunt de locatiemanager daar waar nodig. Aan het einde van jouw dienst stuur je het team aan zodat het zwembad weer schoon is voor de volgende dienst. Als zweminstructeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud en opbouw van de lessen en bewaak je altijd de veiligheid. Je geeft les aan kinderen en volwassenen aan de hand van het lesplan. De inhoud van het lesplan is de basis van deze functie en plezier tijdens de lessen staat voorop. Tijdens de lessen heb je een actieve houding en werk je optimaal samen met de zwem-assistent en jouw andere collega's om de lessen zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen. Jij bent de persoon die de zwem-assistent aanstuurt en eventuele bijzonderheden en/of knelpunten omtrent de lessen doorgeeft aan de coördinator. Je bepaalt samen met de coördinator wanneer een lid mag deelnemen aan het proef- en afzwemmen. Een goede communicatie met de coördinator is belangrijk en noodzakelijk. KOM JIJ ONS TEAM...
