Locatie Rotterdam: - Benthemplein 10, 3032 CC Rotterdam - Aantal uren: 4 - 30 uur per week - Salaris: CAO Zwembaden, schaal 6 (€ 2.700 - € 3.400 bruto o.b.v. 38 uur) Maak jij van de zwemles het leukste moment van de week? Bij het Zweminstituut draait zwemles om meer dan het behalen van een diploma. Kinderen leren bij ons veilig en goed zwemmen, maar vooral ook met plezier en vertrouwen. Daar hebben we goede zwemonderwijzers voor nodig. Mensen die hun vak verstaan, oog hebben voor ieder kind en met enthousiasme aan de badrand staan. Voor verschillende locaties zijn wij op zoek naar gediplomeerde zwemonderwijzers die ons team willen versterken. Wat ga je doen? Je geeft zwemles aan kinderen van verschillende niveaus: van de eerste kennismaking met het water tot en met het C-diploma. Je zorgt voor leuke en kwalitatief goede lessen, begeleidt kinderen op een positieve manier en creëert een omgeving waarin zij zich veilig voelen en durven leren. Je volgt hun ontwikkeling in WeScore en hebt op een prettige en professionele manier contact met ouders. Je staat zelfstandig voor je groep, maar doet dat binnen een team waarin we samenwerken en elkaar helpen. Wie zoeken we? Je hebt een diploma waarmee je als zwemonderwijzer aan de slag kunt, bijvoorbeeld via MBO Sport & Bewegen, NRZ of (H)ALO met zwemaantekening. Daarnaast vinden we het vooral belangrijk dat je: - enthousiast wordt van werken met kinderen; - duidelijk, positief en betrokken bent; - verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor je lessen en leerlingen; - prettig communiceert met kinderen, ouders en collega's; - een EHBO- en ZRZ-diploma hebt of bereid bent deze te behalen; - jezelf wilt blijven ontwikkelen. -Voldoe je niet aan ieder punt, maar denk je wel dat je goed bij ons past?
