De functie In de functie van Zwemonderwijzer BBL combineer je werken en leren. Je solliciteert bij één van de deelnemende zwembaden in Amsterdam of de regio en werkt daar minimaal 20 uur per week. Daarnaast volg je één dag per week les op een opleidingslocatie van een deelnemend zwembad. Zo pas je de kennis en vaardigheden die je leert direct toe in de praktijk. In één tot drie jaar ontwikkel je je tot gediplomeerd zweminstructeur en behaal je een erkend mbo-diploma niveau 3 of 4 binnen Sport, Bewegen en Gezondheid. Vanaf de start ben je in dienst bij een zwembad, ontvang je salaris en doe je waardevolle werkervaring op. Tijdens de opleiding leer je zwemlessen voorbereiden, geven en evalueren voor verschillende doelgroepen, zoals kinderen, ouders, zwangere vrouwen en ouderen. Je leert hoe je een veilige, plezierige en stimulerende leeromgeving creëert en hoe je omgaat met uiteenlopende situaties en gedrag tijdens de lessen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de opleiding is het keuzedeel lifeguard, waarin je leert toezicht te houden, de veiligheid in en rondom het zwembad te bewaken en te handelen in noodsituaties. Je krijgt daarnaast inzicht in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van een zwembad, zoals het controleren van de waterkwaliteit en bijdragen aan een schone, veilige en gastvrije omgeving. Ook leer je activiteiten en evenementen organiseren, zoals zwemtoernooien, aquafitnesslessen en waterbootcamps. Met Challenge Based...
