Burgerkracht Limburg werkt aan een samenleving waarin iedereen kan meedoen en waarin de kracht en ervaring van inwoners een belangrijke plek krijgen. We verbinden inwoners, ervaringsdelers, vrijwilligers, professionals en organisaties en zorgen dat kennis en ervaringen worden benut om maatschappelijke vraagstukken samen aan te pakken. Wij zoeken een zelfstandig adviseur participatie die ervaring heeft met het opzetten en uitvoeren van participatieprocessen en energie krijgt van samenwerken, verbinden en resultaat boeken. Binnen deze opdracht werk je aan de opzet en implementatie van Participatie Hubs in Zuid-Limburg en Noord- en Midden-Limburg . Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan de implementatie van het Integraal Zorgakkoord (IZA) in beide regio's. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende organisaties, niveaus en perspectieven en weet mensen en partijen met elkaar te verbinden. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je opdrachten, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking met collega's, partners en betrokkenen. Je weet wat er nodig is om van een plan naar uitvoering te komen en houdt daarbij oog voor zowel de inhoud als de mensen die betrokken zijn. Wat ga je doen? Je geeft vorm aan participatie en implementatie - Je draagt bij aan het opzetten en verder ontwikkelen van de Participatie Hubs in Zuid-Limburg en Noord- en Midden-Limburg. - Je werkt mee aan de implementatie van IZA-gerelateerde participatieopgaven in beide regio's. - Je vertaalt ambities en afspraken naar concrete plannen, activiteiten en resultaten. - Je maakt projectplannen, werkt voorstellen uit en bewaakt voortgang, samenhang en planning. - Je signaleert kansen en knelpunten en weet deze om te zetten in concrete vervolgstappen...
