(ZZP) Arboarts / Bedrijfsarts - Breda Vacatureomschrijving Over de functie Wij zijn op zoek naar een Bedrijfsarts / Arboarts (ZZP) voor 16 uur per week in de regio Breda . In deze rol werk je binnen de bedrijfsgezondheidszorg voor meerdere MKB-organisaties in uiteenlopende sectoren. Je draagt bij aan de gezondheid, inzetbaarheid en duurzame re-integratie van werknemers en adviseert werkgevers over verzuim, preventie en vitaliteit. Je werkt voor diverse MKB-cliënten, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. De functie biedt veel zelfstandigheid, afwisseling en ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen verschillende organisaties. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om langdurige relaties op te bouwen met zowel werkgevers als werknemers en actief mee te denken over duurzame inzetbaarheid binnen het MKB. Wat ga je doen? • Het voeren van spreekuren met werknemers in het kader van verzuimbegeleiding en arbeidsgerelateerde zorg. • Begeleiden van verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten, inclusief advies over duurzame terugkeer naar werk. • Adviseren van werkgevers over preventie, vitaliteit en het terugdringen van verzuim. • Samenwerken met casemanagers, HR-adviseurs en andere betrokken professionals. • Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van beleid rondom duurzame inzetbaarheid en preventie. • Ondersteunen van meerdere MKB-organisaties bij uiteenlopende arbeidsgerelateerde gezondheidsvraagstukken. Jouw profiel Jij bent: • Een BIG-geregistreerde bedrijfsarts of arboarts met ervaring binnen de bedrijfsgezondheidszorg (of een arts met sterke interesse in dit vakgebied). • Beschikbaar op zzp-basis voor 16 uur per week. • Zelfstandig, zorgvuldig en in staat om te schakelen tussen verschillende organisaties en situaties. • Communicatief sterk en prettig in de omgang met verschillende stakeholders. • Proactief en gericht op preventie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en langdurige re-integratie.
