PER DIRECT: INTERIM (ZZP) BESTUURSSECRETARESSE bij zorgorganisatie in Deventer (24 uur, 6 maanden) - 100 user views 0 comments Secretaressebureau FlexStar Secretarieel Deventer is PER DIRECT voor bestuurssecretariaat van een grote zorgorganisatie in DEVENTER op zoek naar een interim (ZZP) BESTUURSSECRETARESSE (24 uur per week, hybride werken is mogelijk, 6 maanden) Extra informatie = De opdracht is ontstaan vanwege langdurige afwezigheid van de huidige bestuurssecretaresse = Je ondersteunt in deze opdracht specifiek een van de bestuurders op secretarieel en organisatorisch gebied = Het gaat om ca. 24 uren per week (uren in overleg met kandidaat) = Het gaat om een opdracht van ca. 6 maanden = Hybride werken is mogelijk Tot je taken behoren = agendabeheer = mailboxbeheer = voorbereiden en notuleren van MT-overleggen (1x per 2-4 weken) = 1x per 3 maanden het voorbereiden en notuleren van een Raad van Toezicht vergadering ('s avonds) = organiseren van evenementen = projectondersteuning Voor deze opdracht vraagt onze opdrachtgever = Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau = Ruime werkervaring als (directie-/bestuurs)secretaresse = Werkervaring als secretaresse binnen een zorginstelling is een grote pré = Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift = Uitstekende beheersing van het Office programma + Ibabs = Zeer goede organisatorische vaardigheden en uitstekend kunnen anticiperen = Per zo snel mogelijk c.q. per direct beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week (hybride werken is mogelijk) Uurtarief/salaris Deze opdracht kan zowel op detacheringsbasis via ons bureau als als ZZP'er ingevuld worden. Het maximale uurtarief voor een ZZP'er bedraagt € 60,00 per uur excl. btw en reiskosten Het bruto maandsalaris op detacheringsbasis is in overleg.
