(ZZP) BIM Modelleur Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek - Nijmegen - Nijmegen - 40 uur Laat ons zoeken Introductie Wil jij als BIM Modelleur werken aan een van de grootste renovatieprojecten binnen de Nederlandse zorg? Voor een meerjarig renovatieproject van een academisch ziekenhuis in Nijmegen zoeken wij een BIM Modelleur Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek die energie krijgt van complexe utiliteitsprojecten, slimme engineering en samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair projectteam. Deze functie is beschikbaar voor zowel loondienst als ZZP. Functie Als BIM Modelleur Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en beheren van installaties in een BIM-omgeving. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar nauwkeurige 3D-modellen en zorgt ervoor dat alle disciplines optimaal op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt intensief samen met engineers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders en denkt actief mee over maakbaarheid, uitvoerbaarheid en technische optimalisaties. Dankzij jouw modellen verloopt de uitvoering efficiënter en worden knelpunten al in de ontwerpfase opgelost. Wat ga je doen? - Modelleren van installaties in een BIM-omgeving; - Uitwerken en beheren van 3D-modellen; - Signaleren en oplossen van clashes en technische knelpunten; - Samenwerken met engineers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders; - Verwerken van ontwerpwijzigingen; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en actualiteit van BIM-modellen; - Meedenken over slimme en duurzame technische oplossingen. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek; - Ervaring als BIM Modelleur of Revit Modelleur binnen de gebouwgebonden installatietechniek; - Ervaring met Revit en BIM-methodieken; - Ervaring met utiliteitsprojecten is een pré; - Nauwkeurig, analytisch en communicatief sterk; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
