- Werken bij - Vacature ZZP Channel Manager ZZP Channel Manager Parttime ZZP Channel Manager Telemarketing | 20-24 uur per week | Per direct t/m eind 2026 01-09-2026 We zoeken iemand die de wereld van telemarketing kent. Iemand die naar een rapportage kijkt, ziet waar het goed of fout gaat en vervolgens ook direct in actie komt. Voor verschillende grote opdrachtgevers voert MYS Marketing de regie over externe salespartners, voornamelijk callcenters. Deze callcenters voeren verkoopgesprekken met potentiële klanten en zijn verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van nieuwe klanten voor onze opdrachtgevers. Als Channel Manager Telemarketing ben jij namens MYS Marketing de schakel tussen deze callcenters en onze opdrachtgevers. Je houdt grip op de dagelijkse performance, kwaliteit én compliance van de campagnes. Wat ga je doen? Je volgt de resultaten van onze callcenters op de voet. Je analyseert rapportages, signaleert afwijkingen en stuurt bij wanneer resultaten of kwaliteit achterblijven. Daarbij gaat het niet alleen om het behalen van voldoende sales. De kwaliteit van die sales en het werken volgens de geldende afspraken en wet- en regelgeving zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Je hebt veel contact met de verantwoordelijken bij de callcenters en bent regelmatig zelf op locatie. Je wilt namelijk niet alleen vanuit een rapportage beoordelen wat er gebeurt: je gaat de vloer op, kijkt en luistert mee, bespreekt wat je ziet en zorgt dat verbeterpunten daadwerkelijk worden opgepakt. Daarnaast: - bewaak je de commerciële doelstellingen en kwaliteit van de verschillende campagnes; - interpreteer je rapportages en KPI's en onderneem je direct actie wanneer daar aanleiding voor is; - stuur je callcenters gericht aan op performance, kwaliteit en compliance; - behandel en analyseer je klachten en bespreek je deze met de betreffende partner; - bewaak je gemaakte afspraken en zorg je voor opvolging; - voer je de operationele en administratieve w...
