Wat is Zelfstandige in Loondienst (ZIL)? ZIL is een contractvorm speciaal voor zorgprofessionals die de voordelen van het werken als zzp'er willen combineren met de zekerheid van een vast salaris en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Dit biedt een stabiele basis terwijl je flexibel blijft in je werkzaamheden. Als ZIL'er heb je niet alleen de mogelijkheid om flexibel te werken, maar kun je ook kiezen voor een nul urencontract.
