Voor een maatschappelijke organisatie in Den Haag zoeken wij tijdelijk een zelfstandige HR-adviseur die de HR-organisatie verder helpt ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als HR-adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken én help je mee om meer structuur aan te brengen binnen de organisatie. Je adviseert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers en vertaalt wat je in de praktijk tegenkomt naar duidelijke afspraken, processen en werkwijzen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren en ondersteunen bij operationele HR- en personeelsvraagstukken; - Structuur aanbrengen in bestaande HR-processen en werkzaamheden; - Vormgeven en verbeteren van HR-beleid, procedures en werkafspraken; - Ondersteunen bij verzuim, functioneren, inzetbaarheid en personeelsdossiers; - Signaleren van knelpunten en adviseren over praktische en toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Wat bieden wij? - Een tijdelijke zzp-opdracht voor ongeveer drie maanden; - Een inzet van 16 tot 20 uur per week; - Een verwachte start in september of oktober; - Een afwisselende opdracht waarin je direct zichtbaar verschil kunt maken; - Een betrokken werkomgeving binnen een maatschappelijke organisatie in Den Haag. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Ruime ervaring als HR-adviseur, HR-businesspartner of in een vergelijkbare functie; - Ervaring met het opzetten, verbeteren en vastleggen van HR-processen; - Een praktische, resultaatgerichte en hands-on manier van werken; - Goede communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden; - Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen peuterscholen, kinderopvang of onderwijs.
