Heb je een passie voor bouwprojecten en wil je jouw kennis en vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als medior werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en coördineren van diverse bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam en draagt zorg voor een gestroomlijnd proces van voorbereiding tot uitvoering. Deze rol is zowel als zzp'er in te vullen of via detachering. Wat is je achtergrond? Functie-eisen: - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op MBO- of Hbo-niveau. - Enige ervaring als werkvoorbereider in de bouwsector. - Kennis van bouwprocessen en -technieken. - Ervaring met bouwsoftware en calculatieprogramma's is een pré. - Communicatief vaardig en in staat om goed te schakelen met verschillende stakeholders. - Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht. - In bezit van rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.
