ZZP Praktijkondersteuner bedrijfsarts Maastricht - wo - 8 - 16 uur - Maastricht ZZP Praktijkondersteuner bedrijfsarts Maastricht - wo - 8 - 16 uur - Maastricht Reageer hier Voor een landelijke uitzendorganisatie zoeken wij een ZZP Praktijkondersteuner Bedrijfsarts (POB) voor de begeleiding van medewerkers binnen zowel regulier verzuim als de ERD Ziektewet. In deze opdracht voer je zelfstandig spreekuren onder taakdelegatie van de bedrijfsarts en begeleid je medewerkers bij verzuim, re-integratie en werkhervatting. Je werkt binnen de dynamiek van de uitzendbranche, waar snel schakelen, activeren en het stimuleren van eigen regie centraal staan. Hoe ga je #meerbetekenen als ZZP Praktijkondersteuner bedrijfsarts Maastricht Als praktijkondersteuner bedrijfsarts ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers tijdens verzuim en re-integratie. Je voert zelfstandig spreekuren onder taakdelegatie van de bedrijfsarts, maakt een professionele inschatting van de situatie en bepaalt wanneer afstemming met of inzet van de bedrijfsarts nodig is. Je bespreekt met medewerkers welke mogelijkheden er zijn om (gedeeltelijk) het werk te hervatten en stimuleert hen om actief regie te nemen over hun re-integratie. Daarbij signaleer je tijdig wanneer medische of niet-medische factoren de werkhervatting beïnvloeden en zet je waar nodig vervolgacties uit binnen jouw bevoegdheden. Je begeleidt zowel medewerkers binnen het reguliere verzuim als medewerkers die onder de ERD Ziektewet vallen. Juist binnen de flexpopulatie vraagt dit om een actieve en resultaatgerichte aanpak, waarbij je steeds kijkt naar wat iemand wél kan en welke stappen richting werk mogelijk zijn.
